At Mirer & Co., each piece is crafted and curated with the utmost care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that every order meets our standards of quality and your expectations.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
2. Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- The request for return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–15 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days with relevant details and images.
Exchanged or replaced products will be delivered within 5-6 days.
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery
